Yes, absolutely. All our product photos are professionally taken to accurately represent what you’ll receive. While slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings, rest assured the quality and design of your item will match what is shown.
Your sales receipt is emailed to you immediately after your purchase. If you didn’t receive it, please check your spam or promotions folder. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order history and download your receipt at any time.
To return an item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
